Keep track. Focus on what matters now.

Supporting
the way
you grow.

Bring your commitments, context, and learning into one place. See what needs attention across work and life, follow through, and return to the record when it’s time to reflect.

A personal operating system for attention, memory, action, and reflection.

Choose a view to explore

A thread through the things on your mind

Many moving parts.
One clearer next step.

A commitment, a meeting, an idea. Give each a place, bring what matters into view, and keep the experience to learn from.

Scattered thoughts become a connected path Three paths converge into Capture, then continue through Attention, Timeline, and Playbook. Capture records the thought; you review outcomes, act, and reflect. Capture Keep the thought Attention Choose the next step Timeline Return to what happened Playbook Carry the lesson forward

Clearer priorities

Bring deadlines, blockers, and quiet important areas into view.

Dependable follow-through

Keep what you owe—and what you’re waiting on—visible.

Learning that stays with you

Review your experience and choose guidance worth carrying forward.

A clearer thread through your week

Three questions.
One place to return to.

01 / Attention

What needs me now?

See due commitments, blockers, and important areas that haven’t received attention—with the reason each one appears.

02 / Memory

What actually happened?

Return to recorded actions, meetings, decisions, notes, and reflections in a shared timeline.

03 / Reflection

What will I carry forward?

Review your experience and deliberately turn useful lessons into personal playbook guidance you can revise.

Capture first. Organize later.

One meeting.
More than a to-do.

A decision, a follow-up, a question, a lesson. Record the paragraph first, then review which outcomes you want to keep.

Actions, knowledge, and guidance keep their own meaning. The original capture remains a point of return.

Manual review today. AI interpretation is a future direction.

Beyond getting things done

Give important things
a place to grow.

A relationship. A skill. A long-running project. A Focus Area keeps it visible even when it has no deadline.

With a next meaningful action and a record of attention, you have something concrete to return to.

A personal example

Stay connected with family

Next actionArrange a walk together this weekend
Why it mattersMake space for conversation during a busy month

An illustrative workflow; life outcomes depend on the person and circumstances.

Field notes / Practical ideas for a considered life

Build a practice you can return to.

Begin with one real week

You don’t need to organize your whole life to start.

Monday / Name what matters

Choose one Focus Area and its next action.

During the week / Capture

Save a thought or meeting paragraph. Review it when you’re ready.

Friday / Return and reflect

Read your Timeline. Notice what changed. Choose what to carry forward.

Start with one real week. Early access is the planned launch path; direct app access will follow.

A few useful distinctions.

Is Trellis an AI assistant today?

The current foundation is manually driven. Conversational AI, automatic activity ingestion, and proactive assistance are later phases.

Do I have to turn everything into a task?

No. Actions, Focus Areas, Knowledge, Meetings & Decisions, Personal Playbook, and Activity retain different roles.

Does Trellis measure my productivity?

Trellis presents recorded evidence and attention reasons. It does not give you an arbitrary productivity score.
